"Customer service representative (woman)that answers the phone needs more customer satisfaction training…and to make sure the information given out is accurate. Me & my family have been a valued customer for over 10+ years . We pay on time ,pay extra when the rates goes up with no problem . We told the representative we were going to a different insurance company because we spent over 10k a year and they can’t help with one simple claim & her response was “you can do that” …really ?? When I thought the company mission statement is “Like a good neighbor Customers and communities rely on us to help them face life's uncertainties. They come to us for guidance with insurance needs, financial planning, and strengthening the community.” Do better because we were in a terrible car accident this week and the best response from that representative was “you can do that “ ."
